FGWES needs only the minimum time of one & half month to deploy a worker abroad. In other words, when FGWES receives a demand letter from any of its employer, it will take a period of 45 days (in maximum) to complete the entire process of selection and the final dispatch of the worker. Nepalese workers are able to start their assignments immediately after their arrival to the company with only minimum orientation and induction.
Salaries and Benifits are negotiable and also depend on the host company's rules and regulations.
Other Terms and Conditions will be discussed and decided by the mutual understanding between both the parties.
We need you to avail us the following papers:
- Power of attorney
- Demand letter (to be signed by the employer on all pages)
- Agreement papers between employer and employee
- All these documents should be attested by the Government Authorities (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Chamber of Commerce and related embassies.)
